The WCHA LDG Conference Coordinating Committee is hosting the 2025 LDG Conference in the Wisconsin Dells at the Chula Vista Resort.
If you would like to register as an county member, please sign up on this page.
All attendees will be required to be registered to participate in any function of the conference. Name badges will be issued and must be worn to attend all functions, including conference areas, social areas, and events. If you are not wearing your name badge, it will be assumed you have not registered for the conference.
Registrants MUST be signed in with active memberships to receive member pricing. Please email info@wiscohwy.org if you have trouble accessing your account.

Exhibit Hall and Outdoor Display Area Information:
The indoor display areas are in the Main Conference Center Area - Rooms A thru I. The outdoor display area is in the North Tower parking lot. See the lists below for the fee structure(s) for the exhibit areas. Please see the attached drawings for the exhibit area layouts.
The indoor exhibition area will be ready for set-up between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 16. Outdoor exhibit area will be available for move-in after 5:00 on Monday, September 15.
Exhibit area hours:
Tuesday 9/16 – 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm, 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm
Thursday 9/18 – 6:30 am – 10:00 am
(Indoor Exhibit Area must breakdown booths on Wednesday by 2:00 p.m.)

** Included with the indoor booth fee is one conference registration, pipe and drape, 1 table, two chairs, and one - 110 V circuit.
Note: All people working the booth areas must be registered for the conference. A ticket includes one registration to the conference. You may add on additional booth attendants in this registration form by selecting "Add Guest" while registering.
Cancellation & Payment Policies:
- Cancellation and 100% refunds (by written request) must be received by September 12, 2025. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.
- Payment must completed in full before attending this event.
- No on-site registration will be offered at this event.
- If you are registered, payment is required unless cancellation request is provided in writing before the deadline.

GOLF OUTING & ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Sponsorships:
The WCHA appreciates the continued support from our Associate Members. The WCHA invites our Associate Members to sponsor events throughout the conference. Event Sponsorship opportunities include:
1. Group Welcome (Tuesday 4:30 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.) - $425 per sponsorship
2. Wednesday Breakfast (Wednesday 6:30 A.M. – 8:00 A.M.) - $475 per sponsorship
3. Wednesday Lunch (11:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.) - $475 per sponsorship
4. Wednesday Lunch for Golfers (10:30 A.M. – 11:30 A.M.) - $475 per sponsorship
5. Dells Duck Tour for non-golfers (Wednesday 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.) - $525 per sponsorship
6. Technical Tour (CONTECH Culvert Plant and Weiser Concrete) Transportation - $500 per sponsorship
7. Thursday Breakfast (6:30 A.M. - 8:00 A.M.) - $475 per sponsorship
8. Breaks (Tuesday Afternoon, Thursday Morning) - $325 per sponsorship
9. Golf Hole Sponsorship
$425.00 per hole
Eighteen sponsorships are available for the golf event. Sponsorship recognition signs will be provided with the sponsorship. Information will be provided to coordinate with the Chula Vista for supplies and beverages at the hole.

Hospitality Room Reservation:
All hospitality condos and fees are to be reserved and paid directly to the Chula Vista Resort. Reservations are to be made with
Renata Prellwitz at 608-254-1625 or email renata@chulavistaresort.com. All hospitality condos are required to be reserved for a minimum of two nights (Tuesday 9/16/25 and Wednesday 9/17/25). A minimum of two-night charges will apply for all hospitality condos. Chula Vista will quote you directly on their terms and fee structures.
The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee will be assigning all condo room locations within the designated hospitality block area approximately two to three weeks prior to the conference.
Event Coordinator Renata Prellwitz will arrange and quote your firm for all other services provided within the hospitality condos.
As the Chula Vista allows the WCHA corporate hospitality condos to bring in their own refreshments, WCHA is strongly suggesting each hospitality condo order at least one perishable hors d’oeuvre per evening from the Chula Vista. By showing this good faith effort to Chula Vista, will hopefully continue the relaxed policy on bringing in your own refreshments.
Firms reserving hospitality condos must be a current WCHA Associate Member. Hospitality condos require a minimum of three attendee registrations. Attendance at the conference functions require registration. Many of the conference sessions will be beneficial to you and your staff and conference registration is a prerequisite to attending. Registrants will be issued nametags, which are required for admittance to all functions.
Note: All hospitality condos must be reserved by 3pm on 8/15/25.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
We do have room blocks available at the host hotel. The room rates for the conference are $99.00, or $169.00, or $289.00 per night. Hotel room reservation deadline date is September 1, 2025. Please contact the reservation department at (866) 348-5128 for reservations. The Booking ID number is K49061. The room block is listed under WCHA (Wisconsin County Highway Association). You must call in to get the group rate. The group rates are not available by booking online.
When booking your reservations at Chula Vista Resort, should you or your attendees be tax exempt, please make sure to send your tax-exempt certificate copies to Renata Prellwitz from the Group Sales Office. She can be reached via email at renata@chulavistaresort.com. Please attach your confirmation number to your certificate to ensure your check-in process runs smoothly and efficiently. Please send your tax-exempt certificates prior to your arrival.
